Welcome to Client Services! Our area’s objective is to provide you with information to help you function most effectively in your job. This in turn helps your institution be more effective and efficient on its path to achieve and maintain excellence. Our team helps you achieve these goals in a number of ways.
Our Client Services team administers a knowledge base system we call “the BSC Solution” which has the answers to many of your questions. If you cannot find the answers to your questions through “the BSC Solution”, we have great customer care experts to help answer questions and find the resources you need.
Our group provides information and resources through multiple means. We maintain the content of our BSC website so that it is rich with resources and information to help you be more effective and efficient in your job. The team will provide periodic updates regarding changes to procedures through a bimonthly newsletter called the Solution Source. Additionally, we provide a wide array of training and learning resources to all the UNT System Institutions. Most importantly, we do not do all of this in a vacuum. We will reach out to you to request feedback on the services we provide on a regular basis to ensure that we are meeting your needs. Remember, the BSC Solution is where YOU are part of the solution!
